The staff were SO accommodating for early check in. They were always around if you needed assistance. The location is GREAT close to tram lines that bring you to the centre.
The common areas were VERY tiny. The general decor left a lot to be desired.

The staff was very friendly. check-in was easy. Rooms are quite big and modern. The breakfast had great variety, also it was delicious.
The location was not the nicest though the tram was a short walk. The room was quite dusty. It's newly refurbished, but not good quality.

I really enjoyed my stay. the room was huge plus quiet. It faced the backyard. the bed was so comfy. the design was good too!
i noticed a missing phone number for reception in the room. it would have been helpful.

the hotel has public transport close by plus it's easy to reach. the location is ideal for travel reasons, like a trip to access the centre. a stop sits right next door.

the reception staff were warm plus friendly, i felt so welcome! they also provided a tasty breakfast with great coffee. i really loved the shopping, just a short walk away, awesome!
